Alexi is an AI platform for litigation teams. We deliver accurate legal knowledge at lightning speed, to help litigators confidently forge a path forward for their clients.

Role Description

We are looking for a Product Designer to help build and evolve the Alexi product experience. This role sits within our Design Team. As a Product Designer, you understand modern, front-end UX/UI trends, can absorb technical requirements, and deploy best practices to deliver a great experience in our platform. You're extremely technically proficient in Figma, building clean, reusable components, managing a design system and maintaining an organized, efficient process. You can take a design all the way from low fidelity to high fidelity, and hand off concise design kits for ease of developer implementation.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with the Head of Design, Brand Design, Product Integration and Development roles. This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of working primarily in our Toronto office, but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with a strong portfolio of relevant product design work
  • A creative thinker and problem solver with a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable working across all stages of the user journey
  • Demonstrated expertise in industry-standard tools like Figma
  • Able to working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Open to feedback and iterates effectively

Bonus Points

  • An understanding of product-led growth design strategies
  • Previous experience designing for Conversational AI-Products
  • Design documentation experience
  • Front-end web design experience
  • Familiar working in start-up/scale up environments

Expected Salary Range: 80,000 - 90,000 CAD

Note: Proximity to downtown Toronto preferred, but is not a strict requirement
